V Neck Ruffle Dress
This is a divine vintage base design, I added the large ruffle around the neckline. It adds so much flare to this design as it was a plain vneck frock when I first saw it but it had potential.
It is a pull on design and sits so nicely around the neck with a little bit of elastic on the shoulders which allows you to slip it off your shoulder and it still stay put.
Wear with a belt either skinny or wide depending on whether you want to difine your waist, or give the impression of a waist. So much fun it will immediately make you want to play.
