Vintage skirt 3/4

This skirt is an 8 paneled skirt which gives the soft flowing effect to the bottom of the skirt. Original 70's design. I am constantly on the hunt for new fabric for this design as it is divine.. It has a rollover band at the top and is only made from 97%cotton/3% spandex. So it is fitting to about the start of the thigh bump then it starts to fall loosely which means it is quite flattering for that area as it cuts across that line therefore giving a slimming effect. It has a rollover waistband and can only be made out of cotton/spandex because of the design.
